I was disappointed to find out that there was some noticeable alignment issues with the front bumper, fenders, fog lights and headlights. From afar it looks okay but once close up you can very easily see that things just aren’t aligned well and potentially clipped improperly.

The repairs took a full 3 weeks. I had to pay for a rental car during that time, which was expensive. Parts arriving late caused the most delays. Balise was good in that they always kept me apprised of the situation. Calibration of the computer settings took two tries, (added days without my car) as well. And there was a "paint issue" that had to be fixed causing another delay. I will say the car looked brand new when I picked it up, though.

This is the second time in 6 months my wife and I had vehicles to be serviced at Balise. From these two interactions they have outperformed our exceptions.
