This shop has no real quality control, and it shows in the poor workmanship I received. My brand-new vehicle was returned multiple times with new problems added each visit. Customers deserve better than careless, rushed work—especially when paying high rates. I would strongly caution anyone against using this shop until they completely overhaul their standards and accountability.

To Whom It May Concern, After multiple visits, my vehicle still has unresolved paint defects, interior splatter, and new damages caused during your repairs. This is a brand-new 2025 vehicle, yet the workmanship has been unprofessional, with no clear quality control. I do not appreciate being coerced into believing my only option is to bring the car back yet again. After repeated failed attempts, I have no confidence in returning for a third time. I have also lost both time and money, including rental costs. The service provided does not match the cost charged. I am requesting to be credited for the poor quality and wasted time so I can take my car to a qualified shop. A fair resolution would be no more than half the billed cost. The office staff was friendly, but the repair quality was very misleading. My brand-new vehicle has been through multiple failed repair attempts, each time coming back with new problems. It honestly feels like a used car lot experience—promised quality, but delivered the opposite. I would not recommend this shop unless they take accountability with a formal statement and show how they plan to fix these issues.

I had the BEST experience with Bates! Alexis took me in right away to help with my repair estimate, and made sure I was happy with everything when completed. She took extra time to walk through all the repairs and was so quick and easy to work with. Sonia at the front desk was so sweet and had all my paperwork ready to go. My repair was completed way ahead of schedule and the repair work was above my expectations. Thank you for such an easy and stress free experience! I hope not to be in another accident, but if I am, I’ll forever be a customer! Highly recommended 🙌🙌
