Lee, First the car was a week late for the completion time. Second found multiple issue with the paint (dirt painted over with clear)/fish eye in the clear coat and two area that were not even painted. Above the passenger fender seam was still primer and a large nick that happened during the wreck were the fender hit the door edge that was t painted either. I've always used Bates as a primary auto body specialist. I would like to see everyone involved to not over look the details, which were obviously missed.

Beautiful work on the paint job and it's great how u kept us informed. Also it was done in good, quick time. No delays and it was ready exacly when u said it would. I will definetly use u again if needed and tell anyone to take thier body repairs to Bates collision. Thank u

Cristian the guy working the front in the Baytown facility was a great person he kept me updated the whole time my truck was at the shop, the bad is that on the mechanical side my trucks alignment was not done properly or my abs light still on as well as my brake light also , the paint and body work was awesome. I also had a cut on my tire and it wasn't replaced. Taking it back on monday to see if i can get this issues fixed.
