Bates Collision Center in Baytown provided excellent service in repairing our Jeep Grand Cherokee front end damage. The staff was very helpful and kept me well informed as the repair work progressed. The repair was completed on time and for the amount estimated. The repair work was perfect and we had no problems after the repair was completed. I am happy to recommend Bates Collision Center and would use them again, if needed.

Service was quick and efficient. My behicle was taken in the day I spoke to the insurance and they fixed my vehicle ahead of time. Enterprise is conveniently down the road which helps minimize the running around. Bates all addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions to ensure I was receiving full support in getting my vehicle fixed back to its original condition and not cutting corners.
