Communication from Alexis was excellent. She helped manage the situation well taking into consideration that I was 5+ hours away from the shop. The one item that prevents me from giving a score of 10 is that my spare time was left in the car upside down and not secured. The device that holds it in place was rolling around making noise which is how I discovered the issue. I'll have to get someone to help me remove the tire, place it correctly and secure it. Otherwise, the repairs appear great so far.
