Id like to give them less, but dont want them to have bad reviews, as all in all they do great work.. Im not sure if it was the combination of the shop or the insurance. I didnt have my truck for 8/9 wks. 2/3 wks were wasted. Of course I cant fault them bc the holidays were in that mix. Alexis did keep me informed daily on the progress.

Passenger door handle does not open as it used to prior the accident. We have to pull on it twice to get it open? Could this be checked and repaired?

Pieces weren’t secured on my vehicle correctly by employees fixing my vehicle, which plastics fell causing damage to the plastics along with the tires. Which is upsetting because after you pick up a vehicle you will think the job would be done properly. When I took my vehicle back yall wanted to order everything & charge my insurance which obviously wasn’t going to approve it. It’s upsetting due to the vehicle having issues after picking up from somewhere I never had an issue with just for trying to rush the job & not making sure to checking twice that pieces are secured properly. Something that could’ve been avoided & I was wrong on completely trusting bates to do an excellent job. Now I’m stuck with ruined plastics/tires which I will have to pay to have replaced when I get a chance. To much for lifetime warranty as stated on your website.
