The staff at Bates collision is absolutely top tier! They handled everything for me to include the rental car. The work the staff did was absolutely amazing! My truck looked like nothing had ever happened! Definitely use Bates if you need your vehicle repaired.

I would recommend it I have used Bates twice but this time I was just a little upset in the broken items and did not realize to the following day after pick up. And no one walked my truck with me before picking it up I focused my attention to the outside of the truck where the major repair was made.
