I would recommend it I have used Bates twice but this time I was just a little upset in the broken items and did not realize to the following day after pick up. And no one walked my truck with me before picking it up I focused my attention to the outside of the truck where the major repair was made.

Outside work satisfied with the work. After really looking through truck in the inside some items were broken inside some of the trim was not properly installed.

The staff at Bates collision , we're excellent and took care of everything from the time I dropped it off until the time I picked it up. There was never a time that I didn't know what was being done to my truck or any business that went with that. I can't say enough.Great things about them but they are first class in my book. Car was repaired nicely and in a timely manner. Love how everyday one of the ladies would call on an update. Gives my mind an ease knowing my car was in good hands. Hopefully I won’t have to be back butttt if I’m in need of an another car repair bates would be my go to body shop.

First and foremost is the quality of work. I wanted to make sure wherever I took my vehicle, it was going to leave looking brand new. Bates did not disappoint. The quality was spot-on, the color matches on the repaired items was a perfect match with the original. You would never be able to tell the car was involved in a wreck by looking at it. As far as Customer Service, that was also top-notch. I always received daily phone calls from Alexis, updating my on the progress of repairs, advising me on the status of insurance, etc. I was always informed with what was going on and if there was any action I needed to take. The entire process went very well and taking my vehicle to Bates was a great decision. Thank You Bates Collision Center.
