From the moment I arrived I couldn't have been treated any better than I was. From Stephanie(hopefully I have her name correct) to Trevor they were kind and so nice! I even got a hug from Stephanie.(which I dearly needed). If I got her name wrong I am so sorry. She was just as kind when I picked up my car. They both deserve recognition! Thank you Jean

I think the one I dealt with was Trevor. He was excellent to work with. I needed the vehicle back for my daughter's driver's test and he made that happen, even if it meant having to bring the vehicle back in. Excellent customer service!

It took almost 4 months the compete the repair. We had to wait for one part. It was probably not the fault of the body shop but rather VW parts availability.
