My only real issue was the use of aftermarket parts.

I was impressed at the speed with which the repair was done. However, I was shocked to see aftermarket parts listed as being used. That said, the fitment of the aftermarket parts looks much better than previous experiences with aftermarket (versus OEM) parts.

Yeah, supposed to be bumper-to-bumper. He did not take the little ding out of the right front bumper or the one out of the lap left back door. I was able to push them out myself, which is ridiculous that I had to do it myself. He said it did not cover it bowl. It’s bumper-to-bumper just like you they screwed me out of my door is my interior doors. I keep having problems but it’s the closest Subaru and I can’t afford to drive any further for service.
