This is my 3rd time around with you all. Im always satisfied with my services hence why I keep coming back. Chris was absolutely amazing. Beautiful and warm smile and kept me informed the entire process. The ONLY THING I wished took place was my car being washed. I know they are busy, but I have had it washed in the past and I truly appreciated that! Other than that, I will continue to patronize Better Collision because they are THE BEST AROUND. 👍🏿💪🏿‼️

I had an overall great experience with Better Collision, but I especially want to recognize Chris Mendez. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my truck was right and that even my OCD-level attention to the little details was taken care of. He listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and made sure I was satisfied before everything was said and done. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work that was completed. Hopefully I won’t need a collision shop again anytime soon, but based on this experience, I would not hesitate to use Better Collision again, especially as long as Chris Mendez is there. His customer service and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend Better Collision based on my experience with Chris and truly appreciate the extra effort he put into making sure my truck was good to go.

This is my second experience using Better Collision and I can say, without reservation, that both repairs and service were excellent. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my vehicles looked showroom perfect and were completed on the date promised. He even had a flat tire relaced for me. They are reliable, honest, and perform stellar work!

Loved how quickly Better Collision took care of my car after waiting a month for an appointment. Sixteen days, much quicker than the originally promised date 20 days out. The work is top-notch, and I’m assured that one scratch on the drivers door handle that was understandably overlooked will be taken care of soon.
