98% happy with repairs! Trim was not on all the way but was easy to pop back on. Inside of the car in the back, the window, the seats and pretty much the back end was covered in heavy dust from repairs that was not cleaned up. The actual repair looks great and was done in a timely manner!

I reserve judgement, however I don't feel that the job was not completed. The front bumper damage and fender fit should have been questioned about coverage by insurance without me having to point it out.

Better Collision was great about communicating details about the repair through texts. My car was easy to pick up on a Saturday morning, and they did a great job on the repairs.

My vehicle was given back to me still unrepaired. The front grille fascia was cracked from the accident. Was not fixed. The scuff on my rear view mirror from the accident not repaired. Vehicle was even given back to me with the driver passenger door chrome window trim missing. I had to go back inside and speak with them about all of these repairs. Still waiting on a response. Inside was not cleaned vacuumed from the workers getting in and out. There was a thick layer of white residue on my driver side I am still trying to get off and I’ve been to two car washes. Customer service was abhorrent! Front desk staff yelled at me during my initial contact for repair authorization. I got hung up on by the rep assigned to repair my vehicle over damages to my vehicle from the accident. I’m not sure what happened to this repair shop since the last time they repaired my vehicle in 2025, but NEVER again.

Maria was my representative, and I felt as though I had someone holding my hand the whole way through. She was warm, friendly, provided intricate details on the process ahead, kept me well-informed throughout the timeframe with updates and outlined return expectations with precision. What an exceptional representative you have found in her. Both personable and knowledgeable, Maria represented the best of Better Collision during my entire experience with your company.

There were delays associated with my repair which were outside the control of the repair team, I understand that. However, after initial evaluation, there should have been an update to me on what needed to be done. If I had known how extensive the repairs would be, I would've held off as the vehicle was perfectly drive able. Instead, it took way longer than expected, and I ended up moving out of state before repairs were completed. I actually had to fly back to Charleston from Ohio, just to pick up my car and drive it back to Ohio, which was extremely inconvenient and expensive.

There were unexpected delays due to missing parts which I understand. However, I was not fully informed of all of the repairs necessary at initial evaluation. I had initially thought that the hull of my car just had a bump due to a very minor accident, but then I eventually found out the entire internal frame needed to be replaced? This did not make sense to me, but regardless this is something that should have been communicated to me before it happened, not 6 weeks into the repair. I actually had to move out of state, and the long repair time combined with delays ended up meaning I was not able to take my car with my on my move. I ended up having to fly back and drive over to Cincinnati which incurred significant costs in money and time.
