All the representatives I spoke with, especially John were excellent and very helpful! The one negative aspect about this was the misinformation that the automated system was telling me that my auto was going to be ready on a given day and was not on about 3 different occasions, which in turn caused me to fill the rental car up with the same amount of gas it had in it when I had the rental car loaned to me which wax a hassle!
