I waited over two months to have my truck returned, and upon pickup, I immediately identified several concerns that were brought to your team’s attention at that time. Specifically, there are noticeable imperfections in the paint, the applied sticker is both misaligned and filled with air bubbles, and the tailgate is not operating as it should. I followed up after delivery to formally report these issues and was advised that someone would be in contact with me. To date, I have not received any response. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable, and I am requesting prompt attention to resolve these matters.

It was nice to have constant updates, but I wish they would have used the contact info provided to them when the vehicle was dropped off. My name is first on the insurance policy but the vehicle was my husbands. I was out of town and had to keep relaying updates to him instead of them using the contract he gave them when he dropped off the vehicle.
