I brought my vehicle to this shop after someone hit my car. When I picked it up, there was a brand-new rattle underneath the car that had never existed before. I even recorded a video of the sound. Thirty days later, I brought the car back to have them inspect it and the body shop manager flat-out told me there was a 0% chance their work caused it. He refused to even take a look or let me drop the car off. He literally told me to take it somewhere else and “prove” that it was their fault before they’d consider doing anything. That’s not how a professional body shop should handle a customer concern, especially one supported by video evidence and clear timing (the noise started right after their repair). I wasn’t asking for a handout, just accountability and basic respect. They might do decent cosmetic work, but if something goes wrong afterward, don’t expect them to stand behind their repair. Zero effort, zero customer care.
