I received several email updates that were unclear and did not accurately reflect the status of my repair. When we called Thursday we were told the truck would be ready Friday - then I got an email at 4:30 Thursday saying it was done - when I called you were closed - the whole email process created unnecessary frustration - the staff was great when we talked with people at the shop.
