I was disappointed no one from body shop came out to show me vehicle and repair work done. It took 1-2 days longer than they said it would. And they said they’d contact rental car company to let them know the rental was there when I picked up my vehicle, but Enterprise called the day after I dropped it off and didn’t know it was there. I’m not sure whose fault that was but I am probably going to get charged more. I also found a 20 lb weight in rear of vehicle and don’t know why it is there. Laatly, costs were higher than discussed. All of these factors are reasons for rating.

We have 2 problems: 1) Bruce's was never authorized to work on the car. 2) The repair is beyond description incompetent. This is Christian Shield. Have the manger call me, or I'll call them. 804 986-0276.
