I was very satisfied with my entire experience with Bruce’s staff. The estimate was provided quickly. The work completed looked perfect. The customer service was outstanding. They even accommodated my request for them to keep my car a couple additional days while the bad weather and road conditions improved.

Overall, Bruce’s did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle. But, it took two tries to fix it. First, when I brought my vehicle home, The rear blindspot monitor needed to be recalibrated. I brought it back and Bruce’s took care of it. They went the extra mile to work with a dealer.

They went way above and beyond dealing with a secondary warranty company that I had on my vehicle to repair door dings and wheel scrapes. The warranty company made them jump through hoops with long phone calls, live web meetings, submission of countless photos (both relevant and unrelevant to the repairs needed). In the end that company still only covered half of what they were supposed to cover, but the manager and associates at Bruce's were awesome in helping get it figured out and taking the time to get me set up with the repair. They could have blown me off and said "we're not dealing with all of this" but instead they went the extra mile and it was very appreciated. I am definitely going back next time I need a repair done! A+++
