    "Friendly, courteous staff. Both Stephany (guest service rep) and Chris (estimator).kept me posted every 1-2 days. They also returned my calls promptly. Chris assured me that they would take care of my car and have it back within a week which it was. The office was neat and organized. Upon picking up my car , I noticed that the front bumper which was one of the areas repaired was slightly loose and had a small gap. Chris pushed it in. The next day it seemed to have slipped a bit perhaps 1/4”- 1/8”. I called the office and let me come in. Chris noticed it, too, and brought back in the shop. Apparently, there was a clip that was supposed to be adhered to it. Looks fine now. Thank you!"
