I have been to your repair shop, several times this year, and it is a great experience. Your staff, has it down to a science. It is a well rehearsed procedure. The space where the worked is started and completed, is a bright roomy space. I have never seen such a clean space. The mechanics do a great job. I like how the ladies in the office check in and communicate with the customers. I believe that when you start off on a positive note, and have things explained from day one. It tends to be a positive experience. Fix auto takes care of the insurance company and the scheduling. So it seems to be a smooth transition.
