When telling a customer your car will be ready on a specific day and the car isn't ready on date promised. Then give another date and again the car isn't ready.

There's a rip in the truck hatch lining that wasn't there before. I emailed the anaheim location i have yet to hear back from them

I feel like I got a brand new car back. Everything looked great and they totally cleaned up the inside which I wasn’t expecting. Everyone there was really great to work with.

I’m not going to tell you what an amazing job they did—you can already figure that out from the thousands of glowing reviews. I’ll just say this: good luck finding where the damage on my car used to be. 😂 At this point, I think only Hugo and I know… and even I’m starting to forget!
