I don’t need to be contacted, but you should know that all of your automated messages were delivered this morning in the early hours (we picked up the car yesterday). Something about your automation for relaying messages is (or was) broken and so despite the fact that you thought you were sending me all of the status updates on the vehicle I actually had no updates on the status of the vehicle until you called me to let me know the vehicle was completed. Had I received these messages when they were intended my experience would have been much better. There were multiple communication problems during the repair as managed by the Addison location. We’re satisfied with the work. Thank you for completing the job and restoring my vehicle!
