I would have appreciated Mark to be perhaps a bit more friendly/talkative and to have provided updates sooner. I had to call a couple of times and learned more from following along with my insurance estimate and the tracking tool than I did from him; and had to request more than once a separate estimate for pre-existing damage. But the repair work and the craftsmanship is amazing and the car looks as new as when I drove it off the lot.
