Overall, the main damage to my car was repaired properly, and the vehicle is now functioning correctly. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the reassembly and the cleanliness of the interior. When I picked up my car, the interior was dirty with a layer of dust and what appeared to be black stains. The car was also not reassembled well. The bumper and trunk lid were not properly fitted and were misaligned, making it clear that a lack of attention to detail was an issue during the repair process. The bumper was also not correctly assembled. I had to return my car twice to have these issues fixed. This caused a significant inconvenience and was frustrating because these problems should have been caught during a final quality check before the car was returned to me. I appreciate that the core damage was repaired well, but the poor finish work and cleanliness issues detracted from the overall service. I believe a better final inspection process would prevent these kinds of problems from happening in the future.

Everything was great! Fast service and great work on what needed to be done . Except noticed a scratch on my door handle that was not there. But everything else was amazing!
