I understand bumper was cracked when I brought it in, but it wasn’t hanging off like it was when I picked it back up today, so that’s very frustrating to see, especially given USAA not wanting to fix my car because of that damage, then it proceeded to be broken even more.

Berniece was great but also one other gal there, cannot remember her name. Two other gentlemen were attentive while I waited. One young lady had a surly attitude completely unlike the rest of the team!

When i went to drop off the vehicle the front desk lady was not warm and friendly. When I went to pick the vehicle up there was damage to my vehicle that was not there before I picked it up. They took care of it but my vehicle should never have been presented to me with new damage that was caused while in their possession. Customer service was lacking until I picked it up
