When I took my tuck in to the shop it was explained exactly how they was going to fix it and the time frame I expected to get it back along with weekly updates when I got the call to come pick it up it was finished a day before I was expected to get it back they way exceeded my expectations. I was so happy to see My Truck and get it back and it was fixed even better than what I thought. Great job kudos to this company. Thank you so much and if I ever have to have my truck fixed or work on again, I definitely look forward to bringing it back to you guys.

My experience here was really good. Sammy at the front desk was very clear, kind and straightforward when I called on the phone and she followed up with the same energy once I arrived on-site. Then (I’m not sure how to spell her name), but I’m pretty sure her name was Kaylee, she was so…. Awesome, she was fast with delivering the information/options for my Kia and even took note that I was having a hard day and she had such gentle professionalism with me. I will be changing car shops now and coming to Caliber because of my experience so I look forward to having my car serviced here again.

Marisela was awesome! She provided updates often and I never had to wonder what the status of my repairs were. Marisela was extremely professional, kind , and courteous. She is definitely a great asset to your company. The repairs were also great. The technician did a wonderful job! My vehicle looked as though it was never damaged when I picked it up.
