I worked with Marisela. The claim was put in my husband name but she made sure all comms came through me (as they should) and I was kept informed on my cars progress every step on the way. The repairs were quick and done well. Marisela is a great representative for your office. From my first interaction with her till I drove off in my car and the NEXT DAY! She has checked on me and made sure I had a great experience. Keep her around. She makes you guys look REALLY good. Would 100% recommend anyone to work with her.
