Marisela was courteous, knowledgeable, and great to work with. She kept me updated throughout the two days it took to repair my bumper, which I thought was very quick. The repair turned out excellent as well. I hope I don’t need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll definitely return to Caliber Collision in Addison and would gladly request Marisela as my advisor.
