Kelsey was great with communication, knowledge and customer service. Would recommend anyone who needs body work to Caliber. She gave realistic timelines, appeared knowledgeable of the damages & issues & even took pride in making me aware of a safety issue needing fixed non accident related. I was completely satisfied with the total result of the car repair, and the level of kindness from the staff particularly Kelsey. The major concern that I had was the amount of time I was going to take, but they took care of this to my utmost satisfaction. Overall, the entire staff was extremely kind from the front office all the way to the project manager thank you CC.

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber collision. From the first day, I dropped the car off. The step was kind and offered me a bag of popcorn and explained everything to me to the day that I picked up my car my beautiful shiny car that was well cleaned and the work that was done was excellent. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I need to ever go back, I know that I will be selecting Caliber Collision. A special thanks to Kelsey.
