I was given a completion date that was not met. On the date of completion I received no coorspondence of a delay. When I showed up to pick up my car, the entire staff looked confused and had no idea of the day theyindicated it was supposed to be complete. Ultimately I was sent away without my car and had to wait 3 additional days to pick it up. Very unprofessional customer service. Although I'm satisfied with the workman once I was finally able to see it.
