Joe was great. Even though the repairs took a little longer than expected, I am beyond pleased with the stellar customer service and final results. Joe even arranged to meet me to pick up my car on Saturday- when the shop is closed! I’m so very very satisfied with the whole process. Joe is truly an asset to your firm. From the moment I first contacted The Team at Caliber Collision they kept me informed and what I needed to do. They all were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. Bill was especially helpful and stayed in contact with me about my car. The ladies at the front were also very nice and me feel comfortable through out this difficult time.
