Such a pleasant experience all the way around. From scheduling to arrival to constant updates on the progress of my vehicle to pickup. I am happy that my window and door handle are replaced. The one thing I am disappointed about is the amount of glass still in the car door. When you open or shut the door you can hear it clinking around.

I was originally told that the repair would take 3-4 days. It was not until I called on the 4th day did I find out it was not done. Then the next week after I called again did I find out another part had to be ordered.

Great customer service, kept me informed of where they were in getting repairs done. Surprised to get car back sooner than estimated, was done in four days and this was during the Christmas holiday week. I thank everyone for there hard work, my car looks amazing.

The customer service was great and was treated with empathy and caring I had never had to deal with something like this, my husband handled this and he passed away a year ago, so this was very emotional and hard for me.
