bill overall was the best. i did have some items missing from my truck when i got it back which i knew was still there when i dropped off the truck a charger a carble for iphone as well as a two phone holders were missing when i received my veichle back.

Everyting looks great. the only problems that i found were a dead instrument cluster which i have yet to repair. this i believe was probably done at caliber collision or some other shop .

bill was the the individual that i dought with the most he was very helpfull through the whole process. bill called me just about everyother day to let me know of the status of my car. even though i problably never answered him i always had to call back if i had any questions.

very great and fast service! car was done before the date the predicted! they even got an extra dent out of my door while doing work on the fender. i would recommend caliber collision to friends and family from now on!
