I am satisfied with the results after the situation I experienced in the office. If I had to deal with the gentleman that treated me very poorly again I would never come back here nor refer anyone here. The first experience with a business sets the tone. Fortunately for me I was redirected to someone else who took excellent care of me and my car and made me feel much better about the situation. If she hadn’t of stepped in, your company would have definitely lost my businesses. I’m very satisfied with her professionalism her understanding and for the work done on my car.

Mr. Reyes was helpful in explaining the delay in delivery (wrong parts initially sent in that wouldn’t be a perfect match). I am very happy that he was able to get the correct parts directly from VW. Front desk staff was also friendly and helpful in getting rental car. Thanks fir the nice job on the repairs!

I unfortunately have had my unfair share of usage at Body Shops. This experience has by far reinstated my trust. Joe was excellent, and very honest. I hope some of the delay and issues with my experience were due to the surprise changes to ownership and process and will improve in the future but based on this, I am hesitant to recommend Caliber.
