If I could give a zero I would. I received one phone call in 6 weeks from your organization, 2 days after I dropped it off, and then radio silence and when I would call they would give a date (17th, then 24th, then 27th or 28th, and finally 29th or 30th) mind you they never called to tell me it wouldn’t be ready, and when I would call to ask if it would be, I was treated like an idiot for asking. For 3 weeks the response I got was it’s in paint.
