Although I am happy to finally get my vehicle back after almost 2 1/2 months and the friendly staff keeping me updated, the length of time, the wrong or broken parts causing delays and the windshield being cracked while at the repair shop ( not caused by the auto accident) was unreasonable. I felt like my car was being held hostage. I was as patient as I could be because I had no option than to wait. If asked about my experience, I would not recommend Caliber Collusion to others.

The team at Caliber Collision took excellent care of my Ford F-150. Everyone was kind, courteous, and clearly explained the repair process from start to finish.
