The whole process was relatively easy. Front office staff were helpful and friendly. Repair looks good. Everything was explained. Caliber worked with the insurance company and car rental company to make sure I had transportation while my car was being repaired. I am very pleased with the service and care given.

They made a tear in my wife's remote keys and said it was an old key but it wasn't that way when we took it and the hood of the car is still out of line didn't like the job they did.

When I picked up the car the battery was dead and I had no gas. They had to charge the battery for me. The battery was working fine prior to the accident, so this should have been replaced with the repairs. The window is not flush with the door, so air is getting through. My heater is no longer working, and my air conditioner is delayed. All of this was working prior to the accident and should have been part of the repairs.

I appreciate Calibers keeping me up to speed throughout the entire time my vehicle was with them. I was updated throughout the process of what was being done, when it was completed and what was next. It was difficult being without my vehicle and Calibers understood that. By keeping me updated made the process easier. The staff was attentive to my questions and needs. The gentlemen who assessed the damage was so helpful with answering my questions in regard to insurance and clearly articulated the inner working of insurance companies to assist me as the claim moves forward.
