They didn’t even have my emblems ready and wanted me to return the following day for it. Therefore don’t think my car was ready right?

My vehicle looked like an orange peel. They didnt repair my bumper fully on the right side of my bumper the paint peeled after the accident from the pressure of he collision and they just painted over it didn’t fix anything. Also when I went to check my vehicle after the fact my vehicle was parked up scraped against the parking curb. All the manager had to say was he was sorry and he’ll talk to his employee that moved my car. Thanks! Like that helped anything.

I was impressed by the staff and the manager. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The estimator was patient, articulate and demonstrated sincere concern for my understanding.
