As previously stated, it took 2 tries to get it right. Although the end result was great the lack of attention to detail and quality of work the first time around is enough for me to detract myself from recommending the shop. Excellent work second time around- at the cost of time I did not plan without my truck.

Took two tries but the end result was excellent.

I might recommend Caliber to someone who I want to repay for a dirty deed of some sort.

On the last day of this almost 2 1/2 month agonizing wait for our Highlander to be repaired, I flew to Albuquerque and spent most of the day cooling my heels while we waited for my car to be brought back from the Toyota dealer. Everyone at Caliber was friendly and accommodating. For that reason, I raised my overall rating of my experience from a "1" to a "2". Everything that happened before that day clearly deserved a "1" star rating.

Customer Service

See previous comments. One laughable thing was that early on in the process I had to fill out a questionnaire which included selecting how often I wanted to be contacted with status updates. I selected twice a week. What a joke. I was seldom contacted and most of our communications were because I called. It was not uncommon for the person I called to either not return my call or not make a promised follow-up call. When I called to ask why I didn't get a promised call, it was common for another employee to ask "Didn't John Doe call you?" When I said "no", the reaction was "oh he dropped the ball." Can you imagine?

I am only telling people NOT to come to this location

My car was dropped off at Danlar, the company that was bought out by Caliber. The employees remained the same, but in the transition those employees got lazy, and a 3 week repair took 2 months. We were consistently given the run around, and we were lied to. Caliber refused to pay for a rental for 3 weeks of the extra month they kept the car, and when we asked to speak to the regional manager they refused to offer us his contact information. We were told he would call us and he never did. Additionally, when we got the car back finally, it was missing pieces, and we had to take our car to another shop.

Customer Service

the employees lied to us, gave us the run-around, and refused to give us a regional manager's phone number. They told us we could expect a call from him, but we never heard from him at all.

Customer Service

Given the recent change in ownership at the shop, the customer service was expected to be a little bit choppy and it was.

Total lack of communication between me and the company. Then when they called to say it would be ready that day, it took three more days to get it. And I had to call them everyday to figure out what was going on with it.
