Total lack of communication between me and the company. Then when they called to say it would be ready that day, it took three more days to get it. And I had to call them everyday to figure out what was going on with it.

First of all I was not advised that they would use non GM products they weren't very good at keeping me apprised as to what was going on and when I went to go pick up the car I had discussed it with the gentleman the day before I was to pick up the car and that was at 10 in the morning and when I showed up the car was not ready I sat there for 45 minutes waiting and even when I did pick up the car it was dirty it was filthy inside they spilled some something on the on the on the floor and the door panel was dirty with somebody putting their hands all over it and that's the way I got the car back so no I was not happy at all

The service sucked they left my car filthy and spilled a drink inside of it I have to wait 45 minutes for pickup and the car was not ready very unhappy I will never if anything happens to me never never take my car there again nor will I inform friends or anyone else as matter fact I will discourage them from ever going there
