Communication is key. These folks kept me informed of the status of the repairs throughout the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and down-to-earth, plus they helped get me home after drop off and took care of my rental car return on pick-up. 20 out of 10!

These folks epitomize the word communication. I was kept aware of the status of my repairs at all times, even when I didn't want to. Not only that, they got me home after the initial drop off and took care of getting my rental car back for me on pick up. Top notch service.

Don’t claim my vehicle is completed with repairs, make me pay for a vehicle that is not even completely repaired, and told to return for repairs at a later time? Also, I requested all O.E.M. parts I did NOT receive all O.E.M. parts. Totally unacceptable! You guys had my vehicle for almost a month and couldn’t finish repairs, but claim you could finish repairs within a day if I return when parts come in? Why are parts arriving so late? Did the company order the wrong parts or just delayed the process? I wish I could have went with Hyundai for repairs. Smh

My vehicle was returned to me without being completed. Also, I brought my own painted O.E.M. Part but when I asked for it back the business claims they don’t know what happened to it. The windshield they replaced is NOT O.E.M. Glass with the Hyundai stamp, instead they gave me the cheaper glass O.E.E. (Original equipment equivalent), it also does NOT include tint up to the AS1 line like my original glass had. The company claims they will contact me when they receive all the parts to finish repairs and they’ll get it done within the day but I find that difficult to believe considering they couldn’t do it within the time they had my vehicle in their possession. I’m totally unsatisfied with the work I received. Making me pay for a vehicle that is still broken. Smh

Every member of your team was courteous and kind. The repaired car is gorgeous, clean, buffed out, windows washed. Amazing. Richard made sure it got back to me before the long holiday weekend. My only complaint is the strong, clinging odor of some sort of “fragrance” sprayed into the interior. Not pleasant at all. I’m not the only person these days with scent allergies. Maybe offer folks a choice. Anyway, I recommend Caliber on Yale to anyone whose car needs bodywork. Great experience.

The team did a great job with my car repair. They were great communicators and had my car ready sooner than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only that the repair looked great but they had cleaned and detailed the car as well! I was very impressed with the work!
