From the time I walked in, I thought everyone who I encountered was awesome

At first glance, the car looks decent and like it was not in a wreck. However, I noticed that it looked like the passenger side mirror/blinker was not repaired as there was still moisture in the blinker. There were scuffs on both outside passenger door handles and the plastic coating on the inside door handle was scraped. Some of the tint on my passenger window had also been scraped off. The interior detailing left large smudges and does not look clean. Additionally, there were several items in my car that were missing after I picked it up today. I would very much like these items returned, as they hold sentimental and some actual value.

They'll work on the vehicle was amazing when we finally got it back we had some issues with Richard for a couple weeks zero communication every time I called it was something different two days from now 3 days from now next week I wouldn't have minded if it would have been some kind of communication I had to end up calling the company president and then they hook me up with the guy named Luis he called me right away and let me know what was going on and kept me in communication we had no issues going forward from there thank you Luis you ended up making everything perfect

Good customer interactions with employees, yet the timeline of repairs kept getting prolonged, with a few promises of an earlier schedule. Just give me the longer schedule, dont try to make me feel better by saying a shorter time!

I had an excellent experience with Caliber. Honestly, my truck looks better than before my accident. I was surprised that the repairs were done on the day they had estimated. Also, the people were very friendly and professional. I hope to never have to do this again, but if I do, I’ll be going with Caliber!
