After I refused to accept the car the first time, I got it back the 2nd time around, and there are swirls all over the sides of the car, and at least 3 dust nibs. These are certainly easy fixes, but fixes I'd rather not have to fix. Caliber had their chance to fix it, I'll see what they do from here out, otherwise, I'll fix it myself and never go back if I have issues in the future

It's mostly OK, the color layer looks good. The clear layer leaves a lot to be desired, though. I refused the car the first time it was brought out due to some panel misalignment and a big blob of clear on the opposite side fender, so Caliber kept it a few days. When I went back, they had cut the problems out, but there were still several paint nibs, and the entire side that was damaged has micro-scratches and swirls that I'll need to buff out. I feel like Caliber should've done this correction work before I received it.

We never want to have to use a repair facility, but Caliber is first rate.

Very prompt and courteous during the estimate. I left the vehicle at 9:30am, and they finished the paint work the same day before 5pm. Work quality looks first rate. You can’t see any indication it was ever damaged. This is my fourth time using Caliber for my vehicles, and should I need their services again, I will be more than happy to return.
