Faye Hubbard was wonderful. The other person , don’t recall his name, was great also. The area on my car that had been damaged was fixed perfectly. They wore masks and had Lysol wipes for use also. I would recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. I pulled into the parking lot and was met by Brandon Ellis, whom I found out later was the G.M. Brandon instructed me where to park and addressed me as Mr. . I then was introduced to Faye Hubbard. Faye explained all the process and insured me that my car would be properly fixed. Faye kept me informed of the progress of my repair. I have been in customer care through all my adult life. I would like to say..."thank you team Caliber Collision for a GREAT customer experience!!"
