The car seems to be back as it should be other than a film all over my windshield. I also feel like communicating only occurred when I made the effort to call and check in.

My initial call was answered by the most friendly representative. Answered all my questions, booked the appointment. When we showed up early for our appointment this wonderful staff just took care of us! These folks do what they say they are going to do. Vehicle was done BEFORE promised date and looks as good as new. In today’s culture it is so refreshing to deal with folks that put customer service first.
