I think caliber did a great job of just keeping me updated, that's an experience that I really haven't had with a lot of businesses, whether auto repair or otherwise. The texts and updates and calls from the crew were very helpful and they even finished 3 days ahead of their estimated schedule!

The car is a mess inside and out, none of the body lines match up. As long as they had my vehicle, it should be perfect. Vehicle also needed an alignment that was never done.

I would recommend, but caution them about your perpendicular to toggle controls

The physical work performed was excellent. I couldn’t ask for anything better. However, someone decided it would be fun to toggle the lane change/emergency stop switches to active. It is my choice not your facilities if I select to leave them on or turn them off. Please show a little courtesy to your customers and leave the control switches alone.
