I think they did a good job with the repairs. It took a week longer than estimated, but they kept me updated all along. It was the small things that were frustrating. For instance, my truck was hit on vacation. I drove through a ton of bugs on the way home. Normally, I would wash it after the drive, but it went straight to the body shop. All the reviews talked about how clean and beautiful the cars were when they came back. Mine sat in the sun and baked for a month without getting washed. I really expected a clean vehicle when I got it back but it wasn't. And now I'm told not to wash it for another month while the paint cures. Even jiffy lube vacuums the car when they're done. I just kind of expected more there. That was never promised, so that expectation is on me, but again, so many reviews talk about how clean and beautiful the cats are when they get them back. The floor mats are all in the wrong spots. Again, not a huge deal, but shows inattention to detail. The new side mirror was connected backwards so now, when I press the tilt in button, it goes out and up is down. That's just sloppy. I don't know if the defrost works yet but I'm concerned. The decal for the side of the bed doesn't match the original. The original is discontinued. I get that. They should have replaced both decals so they matched. Now I have one on one side and a different one on the other. Everything was just almost great, but the lack of concern over the details is super frustrating. The work that was done was done well, except for these things.

It was a really great experience. They did what they said they were going to do on time and my vehicle was washed and spotless and smelling like a new vehicle when I picked it up. Rick was awesome. He made it happen.
