I am blown away by the service, not only the repair, which is perfect as far as I can tell. But also the fact that you washed and cleaned out my car which was filthy! I’m so embarrassed at how dirty my car was but so grateful for you going the extra mile!!

I just wanted to thank the staff and technicians who worked on my car. They did an amazing job in regards to the repair and made the process really streamlined and pain-free. I'll be referring everyone I know to Caliber for repair work. It is almost impossible to tell that the car was even in an accident.

We have experienced several issues since our car has been returned 1. Tailgate wouldn't open. Had to push in fuse box and worked temporarily but now car showing check engine light & tailgate is coming up as code/issue. Also, don't believe Caliber did alignment as we took car to get tire patched shortly after returned & were advised by Americas Tires that car needed alignment. I'd like to further discuss issues after we get car from dealer regarding current check engine codes.
