This is now my second experience with this particular caliber collision and each time was very seamless and handled in a timely manner

The workers at caliber collision are what made my super inconvenient situation into a positive one. Both Jesus and John did their best to make my experience a pleasant one. They always kept me up to date with my repairs for my Supra so I was never left guessing about what was going on with my car. On the day that my car was supposed to be ready I waited in the lobby for maybe an hour. During that time the manager John took the time out of his day to make a connection and share his love for cars with me. And by the end of the day when Jesus had to tell me some bad news I could hear the empathy in his tone and his sincerity really made a bad situation feel like they had everything under control. I have now had two cars fixed by this particular store and I have had nothing but great experiences. As much as I’d like to avoid collisions they unfortunately happen but it’s nice to know I now have a store that I like and trust with my cars and that I can refer any family or friends to when accidents happen.

Caliber is our go to for any repairs needed!! Recently I was rear ended. The estimated repair time was a little over 3 weeks but I had it back looking good as new in a week and a half. They were friendly and helpful as always!! Kept me in the loop throughout the process and surprised when I got the call that my car was ready to go! Highly recommend!!!
