Special thanks to Raul for helping me with my car after someone hit me. I was really afraid it’d be totaled out. He also went above and beyond and helped me replace my windshield that was not part of the original collision damage (maybe exacerbated a little :) ) when I asked if I could go ahead and pay separately for it. This saved me another headache in dealing with my car and I really appreciate it.

Truck was left filthy, technicians left dried grease and smudge marks all over the interior. Broken back glass was removed, opening was left uncovered for dust and sanding debris to coat the interior of the car. Not okay
